Simply put Bazil Meade MBE is the Godfather of British Gospel music. 

We are honoured that due to a connection with Martin Johnson, who he has worked with before and known for decades, Bazil is coming to Southend and bringing elite members of The London Community Gospel Choir with him for what will be a Unique, Unforgettable experience - Live !

Martin has handpicked his band for this and has added Chris Wood on bass who toured the world with The Spice Girls and has played with Sister Sledge amongst many others, Davide Giovannini his drummer has played with Sir Paul McCartney.

They have appeared on Albums by Sting,  Sir Paul McCartney, Elton John, Westlife, Gregory Porter and performed with Justin Timberlake, Madonna & Kylie Minogue.

If you are not aware of LCGC's work, listen to their Fantastic Album - "Out Of Many One Voice". It cemented LCGC as a major force in Gospel Music around the world and is a work of historical importance.

It's the album that announced British Gospel to the world.

It remains our finest work and is uniquely British Gospel adding to the cannon in a unique and distinctive way that could only have been made in London by Bazil and his incredible musicians and choir.
